  • Where are you located?
    Our online custom bakery is located in Princeton, Texas which is a suburb of Dallas, TX. We service the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.
  • What is your ordering process? How can I pay for my order?
    We must receive an completed order form (please don’t leave any areas blank or your inquiry will not submit properly). A conversation doesn’t constitute an order being placed on our schedule only a paid invoice does. All payments under $350 are required at the time of booking. We will email an invoice to you once we receive the completed form. The only forms of payment we accept at this time are Credit/Debit Card via Square & PayPal. **However, E-Checks through PayPal are not accepted.
  • Can I drop by to pick up ready made cakes/desserts? Or to bring a picture of my design?
    Unfortunately, no as we are not a retail shop or storefront bakery. We are a legal operating Texas cottage food business which means we create all our cakes and desserts out of our home based or a commercial kitchen space. We don't keep pre-made cakes or desserts on hand. On occasion, we may have extra desserts or host special events, in which you can find out about by subscribing to our email list and following us on our social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If you have a design you'd like to provide us with please submit them to our email info@justcakeitdesserts.com and we will respond usually within 24-72 hrs.
  • Do you deliver?  How do I pick up?
    Yes, we deliver to homes and businesses for a fee depending on your location. If you live in an apartment we will only deliver to the front of the community, so its important to be out front waiting to meet us. For pickups we have scheduled times, and designated locations in McKinney, TX to meet you with your order. It's imperative that you or your proxy are on time for the scheduled pick up. We only wait 5 mins after the scheduled time. If for any reason you are late for a pickup or delivery it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange suitable plans to pickup your order. If not picked up within 24 hours it will be donated to the local police or Firestation.
  • Inquiring about an allergy free dessert?
    At this time, we don’t offer allergy free desserts as we bake and decorate in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts are used. We take every precaution but DO NOT GUARANTEE allergy free desserts. **NOTE: It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guest of any potiential allergies.
  • How much notice is required for an order?
    We advise customers to book us at least 3 weeks in advance as our schedule books up quickly. Periodically, we may have the flexibility to take custom orders with a shorter turnaround time depending on the complexity of the design theme. In those rare instances there could be an additional fee of $60 to $100 added to your order.
  • Is there a minimum when ordering?
    Yes, our cupcakes and treats are sold by the dozen. And our minimum order amount starts at $85.
  • Can I find out about Custom Wedding Cakes or Pop Up Events?
    Yes, for our Custom Wedding Cakes or Pop Up Events please complete the custom order form. For our Pop Up Events cut off times are strictly enforced. There aren't any customizations available outside what you see advertised by us for Pop Up Events.
