Frequently asked questions

How much notice is required for an order?

Typically, we advise clients to book us at least 2 weeks or more in advance as we limit the number of orders we schedule each week. However, we realize due to Covid-19 many are choosing to celebrate more than ever so if our schedule allows we will accept last minute orders.

Can I drop by to pick up ready made cakes and desserts?

Unfortunately, no as we are online based which means we create all our cakes and desserts out of our home based kitchen or rented kitchen . We don't keep ready made cakes on hand as all our desserts are baked fresh. On occasion, we may have extra desserts or run a special, in which you can find out about by subscribing to our email list and following us on social media via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Is it legal to operate a home food business?

Yes! As of September 1, 2011, the Texas Cottage Food Law went into effect. This law allows the sale of home baked goods, with restrictions and guidelines we must follow to legally operate. We also are required to have our Texas Food Handler License. We thank you for your support of legal home bakeries

Where are you located?

Our online bakery is located in Frisco, Texas which is a suburb of Dallas, TX. We service all the Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Do you deliver? How do I pick up?

Yes, we deliver! Due to Covid-19 thopugh our delivery service areas are limited to parts of Collin and Denton County at this time. For pickups we have scheduled times, and designated locations to meet you with your order so it’s imperative that you or your proxy are on time for your scheduled pick up. If running late contact us immediately via text.

What is your ordering process? How can I pay for my order?

We must receive an completed order form (please don’t leave any areas blank or your inquiry will not submit properly). A conversation doesn’t constitute an order being placed on our schedule only a paid invoice does.

All payments under $350 are required at the time of booking. We will email an invoice to you once we receive the completed form. The only forms of payment we accept at this time are Credit/Debit Card via Square & PayPal. **However, E-Checks through PayPal are not accepted.

Is there a minimum when ordering?

Yes, our cupcakes and treats are sold by the dozen. And our minimum order amount starts at $85.

Inquiring about an allergy free dessert?

At this time, we don’t offer allergy free desserts as we bake and decorate in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts are used. We take every precaution but DO NOT GUARANTEE allergy free desserts. **NOTE: It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guest of any potiential allergies.
